Moyes bigging up Ings is just his way of digging out Mubama, ''there you go, I gave you all what you wanted (playing the kid) and he was shit''

Nutsin - Jesus christ, you are either fishing or totally lost the plot, either one isn't good. We were at full strength against a Championship side (who are shit btw) and they played us off the park second half. It was fucking shit, again.

Nutsin is a plebb.
Mubama didn't play well but grew into the game when we attacked at the end but for most of the game he had to defend on our 30m line. then have balls pumped over his head, nothing came to his feet. Bowen after his goal, but no one salgging him off, kept going to the byline only to lose the ball.
Like most of our squad players Moyes doesn't use there strengths he just wants them to defend. That's why he sees value in Soucek in tha position. But once we have the ball we go and lose ot to easily.

bristol had 5 players 22 and under today we must have had the oldest and slowest team involved in the FA Cup.
We have as good as young players as they do but have not been utilised for them and our squad to benefit.
Moyes has to go now no pint in him staying.
He's not going to win anything more he's just going to waste the squad players and youth. with this we'll finish 10th and win nothing but lose Paqueta or Kudus.
despise the likes of nutsin and Two who lick his arse even when Moyes produces dross like today

Zouma runs like Forrest Gump with leg braces, very odd running style

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Bristol City - Official Match Thread
Emerson seems pretty quick, I remember how most on here were slagging him off when we first bought him.

The Bubble isn’t exactly slow, Zouma has been a good signing he has been solid at the back but it is now becoming obvious that he is slowing down.

Coufal the same as Zouma.

It definitely needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. Probably the biggest weakness we have.

Finding the right player to fill the void isn’t that easy in any transfer window especially when you have FPP rules to consider.

Fortunately, the Premier League Profit sustainability rules aren't a concern for us. The 3 years to May 2023, give us losses of £33 million, well within the Premier Leagues £105 million. To say nothing of the £100 million for Declan (all profit), that will be in the 2024 accounts.

UEFA FFP tighter, but well within those limits re losses and turnover to wages ratio.

He’s had enough seasons to put some pace into that back line…..I wonder why he doesn’t?

Keep dreaming. 8th highest spenders in the PL, over the last 4 years and what did that get us? Three consecutive seasons in Europe, winning a European trophy, sitting 6th in the PL and through to the last 16 in a European competition. Seems pretty reasonable to me.

Nutsin 12:27 Mon Jan 8
Re: ⚽ West Ham v Bristol City - Official Match Thread
Ings played better today but he missed a sitter and still offered nothing.

Yeah Moyes has made some mistakes, who hasn’t? he’s also got a lot right, however his mistakes are manageable, the players that aren’t up to snuff can be sold with minimum loss if any. Definitely nothing like the waste of money we had under Pellegrini.

He has the players fighting and putting in the effort, you can tell the players are a unit and are fighting for the badge which is a sign of good management.

I’m sticking to my guns, it’s way too early to give up on Moyes, we’re close to being a real threat in the league and in Europe. I’m amazed at how wankers who have been moaning for years that we never win anything are still complaining.

You’re all fucking delusional!

Anyone else think Ings did ok when he came on today? At least he turned a couple of players and pressed forward

You've just acknowledged that despite spending £400m Moyes has curated a wafer thin squad with insufficient quality. Yet you think he's the nuts, Nutsin

And what the merry fuck is FPP?

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Bristol City - Official Match Thread
Noone is buying your nonsense.
It's Moyes responsibility to make sure we have a competitive squad. 500m spent and four fucking years and this is where we are.
Just fuck off with your bollocks

Nutsin 12:00 Mon Jan 8
Re: ⚽ West Ham v Bristol City - Official Match Thread
We play it tight at the back due to the lack of pace at the back. When we push up it exposes our lack of pace and leaves us open at the back.

Up front we had Paqueta out for most of the game, no kudus and no Antonio.

Reason why we were so poor in front of goal is because Moyes gave Mubama a chance like you have all been crying out for, and just like I said he offered nothing. His positioning was awful, offered no threat at all not in the air or on the ground, isn’t quick and appears lightweight. Hopefully that will be it for him.

Finding the right player to fill the void isn’t that easy in any transfer window especially when you have FPP rules to consider.

Yeah mistakes have been made but we’ve also got a lot right, you must know this, you can’t be that fucking ignorant surely.

What Moyes is doing is fucking working, it might not be Liverpools style of play week in week out but we are nowhere near Fat Sam.

So fucking calm down and shut the fuck up!

I get that a few stream watching weirdos on here have committed to defending the manager at all costs, but how the fuck can you not have the good grace to come on here and be honest about that absolute abortion of a performance today?

Zero excuses, and conclusive proof that after £450mil spend, we cannot win a game without Paqueta staying fit.

Fucking embarrassing.

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Bristol City - Official Match Thread
Today’s poor performance was once again due to poor management. A few injuries and the weaknesses in the squad are in sharp focus. It’s not as if we weren’t expecting AFCON either.

Moyes has had 4 years in the job and should have built a decent squad with the £450m spent. Moyes ignores the regular introduction of youth and reserve players then is surprised when they get overrun by lower division opponents.

Our first team gets us 6th place but even so, it’s unbalanced. A decent manager will quickly sort us out with Steidten’s help but Moyes has to go. These are indisputable facts. End of story

I still cannot get my nut around the Soucek thing? He might get on the end of a cross as per today and helps with aerial ability on defending set pieces etc

Otherwise he does nothing. Can’t pass, struggles to control the ball and looks like he’s running in diving boots

Cornet may not be the answer to anything but from his 15 minutes you can see he is a better footballer than Benrahma, Fornals and of course Soucek.

Moyes and his coaches? What is it they see as professionals that our eyes don’t ?

It does nich the d .Moyes thinking is absolutely bewildering at times . I remember posting on here for us for us to sign him . After we played Burnley in march 2022 . Best player on the pitch by far barring the penalty miss . we sign him and don't use him . Mental absolutely mental . Moyes Did the same with Zaha at the mancs .

Nutsin

You are delusional if you think we are improving. We are not. Moyes still making the same mistakes week in week out even when we win inspite of him... I'm not making it sound easy but Moyes could be replaced at the end of the season and we would be better off.

Yes we are probably a couple of players away from having a good squad but I'm am absolutely sure Moyes is not the manged we need that would embed those players in an attacking system to get the best out of this and future squads. He has to go...

Which makes it all the more difficult to understand why Cornet didn't start instead of Fornals!
